What is the return policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once purchased.

We also do not offer exchanges on any of our products, except for Grills.

Grills may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is still in its original, unopened packaging. To qualify for an exchange, please contact our customer service team within the 7-day window, and we will assist you with the process.

Any Grill order exchanges are subject to a handling, processing, palletizing, and restocking fee (on unopened items) using the same method under which payment was originally made. The shipping costs are always non-refundable. Important: All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt.
- Exchanges are administered based on the conditions stated above. All Products must be in the original packaging and must not have been, used, modified or installed.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective or if the wrong item was delivered?
If you notice any visible damage to the item on delivery, immediately call us at +971 4 346 8075.

* If you require assembly service kindly add an extra AED 100 – AED 200 depending on the size of the grill and it’s payable on-site at the time of delivery.
